Having Issues With Apple? Try Checking the Servers.
While problems with your favorite apps, programs, and sites are often caused by local issues with your own network or device, that’s not always the case. If a service you use isn’t working, there might be an issue with the servers themselves. It’s not you, it’s them.
Having an issue with iCloud, FaceTime, or other Apple services? Check the Apple System Status page before you troubleshoot. If there’s a red or orange dot next to the service you’re having trouble with, there’s a problem with the servers. You’ll have to wait for Apple to fix the issue on their end.
On the other hand, if that page says everything at Apple is in tip-top shape, there may be a problem with your machine. Feel free to give us a call and our team will do everything we can to get your tech back up and running.
