Use ‘Find My’ to Locate Lost Devices

If you have an Apple device, you may be familiar with the Find My app, which can show you the location of any Apple device registered to your Apple ID. Simply open Find My, select “Devices” from the menu at the bottom of the screen, and select the device you’re looking for.

This feature is helpful for lost or stolen devices, but it can also help you locate a device you’ve misplaced around the house. If your iPhone, iPad, Airpods, or other Apple device is nearby, you can hit the “Play Sound” button. This will cause your device to start beeping, even if your ringer is off, making it easy to follow the sound and locate your lost device.
